This looks like Evania Genus, possibly Evania appendigaster. I’m not sure how to setup a category for this though as I’m new to NatureMapr.

I wasn't being critical - wasp shots are great. I only got my first shots of Pintail/tumbler beetles a few months ago. Completely new family of beetles for me. Very exciting. They are very small (~5mm), energetic and strange looking beetles. Have a look at e.g. Mordella sydneyana

Sorry - there are so many of them that I get blase and don't take photos - oops. I will take photos next time I'm out there, if there are any beetles around . . .
