Both Psaltoda plaga and Psaltoda moerens are likely to occur in the area of this observation. This individual is a female Psaltoda plaga. It differs from moerens most conspicuously by the lack of infuscations along the veins of the outer apical area of the forewings (the infuscations in this example are restricted to the overlying veins at the bases of apical cells 2 and 3, which is typical of Psaltoda plaga).
