Jenni great photos - I hope to collect samples. There is one large tree close by which is Allocasuarina littoralis, Black She-oak, see https://canberra.naturemapr.org/sightings/4442112.
The Black She-oak and the River she-oak are local ACT species, but not local-local species ie Mts Majura Ainslie species that naturally grow in the grassy woodlands there.
I should also go to the east slope and collect samples of the she-oaks that the winery planted as a dense boundary planting with the nature reserve; these boundary plantings are certainly not the local Allocasuarina verticillata.
